Last night there was a strong burning smell in the kitchen, I thought it was Natasha who had just burned something for dinner, but a little later the smoke started coming out of dishwasher and after a "puff" to blow the breaker. The dishwasher was dead.
This morning we started to call the seller and the manufacturer to invoke the warranty: a repairman come and see us, but not before May 1, then it will probably be room to order (five days of standby), then the time for another appointment, brief at least 30 days without dishwasher ...
But this afternoon, a letter arrives from Electrolux which is quite surprising they have not had time to send us a mail in half a day. A bit skeptical, thinking it was an advertisement for a new model, or other promotions, I open and am surprised to discover that it is a warning for our model of dishwasher, it takes stop using it immediately because there a risk of overheating, the son could melt a fire could start and spread outside the appliance!
So we recall the manufacturer, and a few hours later, we received a phone call telling us delivery tomorrow morning a new camera!
A little better than the 30 day initial waiting.
